The days are longer and the sun is shining, which means it is time for Spring at Shores (March to May). This exciting time includes many new opportunities to grow in your relationship with God. Take full advantage of all the ministry we are delivering this spring for you and your family.

Holy Week

Remembering the final week of Jesus’s life and ministry leading up to His death and resurrection is an important part of our Christian faith. At Atlantic Shores Baptist Church, Holy Week begins on Palm Sunday and continues with Prayer & Fasting Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Silent Saturday, and Easter Sunday. We've provided a full description of each day, Scripture readings, devotional thoughts, and ways to meaningfully participate throughout the special week of observances.

Easter at Shores

Easter at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church is a time to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Join Dr. Ron Jones and the worship team for one of three worship gatherings to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ at 8am, 9:15am, or 11am in the auditorium.

Discipleship Studies

Our mission at Atlantic Shores Baptist Church is to glorify God by making disciples of Jesus Christ who go and make disciples. We take this Great Commission mission (Matthew 28:19-20) seriously and make disciples intentionally. Check out the spring discipleship studies where we help you become a fully devoted follower of Jesus. Life Groups is another environment where we make disciples.

Wednesday Nights

Wednesday Nights (6:30pm to 7:45pm) returns at Atlantic Shores this spring with a full line up of on campus discipleship studies for kids, students, and adults. Check out all of the studies and register here.

AWANA

For over six decades, the Lord has used the ministry of AWANA to reach kids, equip leaders, and change the world. Atlantic Shores Baptist Church is pleased to partner with AWANA by offering this discipleship experience as part of our overall Family Ministries. Wednesdays at AWANA will be your child's favorite night of the week as he or she enjoys exciting worship, games, stories, and Bible memorization.

Shores Kids

Preschool and grade school kids gather every Sunday morning at 9:15am in the Life Center. Enjoy fun, games, worship, and breakout time for small groups. There's plenty of things happening this Spring, including the Great Eggventure!

Sunday Night for Students

Middle and high school age students gather every Sunday night during the school year from 6pm to 8pm in the Life Center. Enjoy fun, games, worship, and a sermon-based lesson from our Student Pastor, Travis Bryant. Then, we break into age and gender-specific groups for discussion and prayer. This is a great time of discipleship for grades 6-12. Students also gather for an apologetics-based study on Wednesday Nights from 6:30 to 7:45pm.

her Bible Studies

Throughout the spring, her Bible Studies will happen online and in-person as smaller intergenerational gatherings for women in a way that reflects the spirit of Titus 2:3-5 where “older women … are to teach what is good, and so train the young women.”
