Night to Shine Sponsorship
On Friday, February 13, 2026, Crossway Church will host Night to Shine, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation. Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God’s love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. Now in its tenth year, this event has annually celebrated thousands of people with special needs around the globe.
Every guest of Night to Shine enters this complimentary event on a red carpet complete with a warm welcome from a friendly crowd and paparazzi. Once inside, guests receive the royal treatment, including limousine rides, professional photography, hair and makeup stations, corsages and boutonnieres, a catered dinner, karaoke room, a Sensory Room, a Respite Room for parents and caretakers, and, of course, a dance floor… all leading up to the moment when each guest is crowned a king or queen of the prom.
We want to make this night as incredible as possible for these unbelievably deserving individuals, so we are contacting you in hopes that you will consider helping us make that possible through a financial donation. Any donations are greatly appreciated as they will go directly towards making this night truly memorable for the amazing disability community in Hampton Roads.

This provides a wonderful opportunity for our special guests as they ride with friends for a VIP experience around the church property.
At Night to Shine we pride ourselves in the treatment of our special guests as each one will be crowned King and Queen at the end of the night.
Each of our special guests will go home with a gift bag to remind them of their prom experience and to bring home a little of the magic.
Candy, cookies, and special treats will be available throughout the night for our special guests to enjoy as they go from one activity to another.
This provides a wonderful experience and a restful time for the caretakers of our guests. They will enjoy dinner, games, and prizes all while staying on property.
A key highlight of our night is serving a delicious meal, giving our special guests the chance to enjoy good food together while sharing the experience of the night.
Who doesn’t love a night of Karaoke? Our King and Queen’s will enjoy a large selection of music in our Karaoke room as they sing and dance the night away!
At Crossway Church, our space will be transformed into a full-fledged prom experience. Thoughtfully designed signage and decor will lead guests to exciting activities, creating a truly magical atmosphere!
