LIFT is a leadership community dedicated to training, equipping, and mobilizing the next generation of spiritual leaders at Crossway Church who help lift the ministry to new heights. Through intentional discipleship, hands-on ministry experience, and Christ-centered teaching, LIFT empowers emerging leaders to grow in character, calling, and leadership capacity.
Focused on spiritual depth and practical impact, LIFT creates a supportive environment where young and new leaders are prepared to serve faithfully and lead effectively in advancing Crossway’s mission, vision, and strategy.
Participants in LIFT must be believers in Jesus Christ and active members of Crossway Church. Participation in LIFT is by invitation or recommendation. All interested participants must apply using the form below.
